The VP of Development - Americas leads hotel development strategies, negotiates deals, oversees financial modeling, and builds relationships with stakeholders to drive growth across Ennismore's brands.

Provide executive and project coordination support to the North American Legal team, manage complex calendars and travel, maintain document systems and SharePoint, assist with legal billing and e-billing (Legal Tracker), prepare and proofread polished documents, handle confidential communications, and support office operations aligned with luxury brand standards.

The Director of People & Culture oversees Talent & Culture operations, ensures compliance, supports onboarding, manages HR metrics, and guides various P&C initiatives across the region.
