Leads Dust’s global Solutions Engineering organization across pre-sales and post-sales. Builds the team, operating model, hiring strategy, career paths, and technical standards while personally supporting strategic enterprise evaluations. Owns technical wins, deployment handoffs, advanced customer adoption, expansion, reusable playbooks, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, AI Deployment, Product, and Engineering. Requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, integrations, security, governance, AI systems, and customer-facing technical leadership.

Build proactive talent pipelines, advise leaders on hiring plans, design recruiting systems and interview processes, and strengthen sourcing workflows using AI. The role requires executive-recruiter judgment, strong GTM networks, stakeholder management, community building, and the ability to challenge hiring priorities while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

As a Growth Engineer, you'll develop revenue-driving systems, manage analytics and tracking, and collaborate with marketing teams to enhance user acquisition and conversion.

The Account Executive will drive new business acquisition, manage a sales pipeline, and provide an exceptional customer experience, focusing on building strategic relationships and market expansion.

Partner with Engineering and Design to own demo environments, produce end-to-end content (script to delivery), scale launches, and build production templates and workflows to drive awareness, activation, and growth.

Lead Dust’s global brand and content strategy across social, video, community, customer, and editorial channels. Create flagship content, build scalable storytelling programs, enable cross-functional contributors, measure content impact on awareness and demand, and grow a content function leveraging AI and Dust.
