Own the Touchland Amazon channel, including P&L, sales growth, advertising strategy, content, promotions, catalog operations, inventory coordination, demand planning, and marketplace reporting. Lead agency and broker partners, develop launch and assortment strategies, optimize advertising performance, manage Amazon Seller Central activities, and report channel results to leadership. The hybrid role requires collaboration across brand marketing, ecommerce, logistics, demand planning, international, and direct-to-consumer teams.

Manage and enhance Workday North America Payroll, Absence Management, and payroll integrations. Maintain payroll configurations, tax settings, earnings, deductions, business processes, reports, and EIBs. Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams on regulatory updates, process improvements, testing, data integrity, and semiannual Workday releases.
