Flex is seeking a City Manager to build community relations and brand presence by hosting events and fostering connections with entrepreneurs and investors. Responsibilities include managing referrals, utilizing CRM, measuring performance, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams.

Own the Accountants Stack: accounting integrations, expense management, bill pay, AR/AP, invoicing, and financial reporting. Define connectivity to ERPs, build reconciliation-first workflows, and align business and personal financial data. Own and scale Flex's end-to-end card programs (ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN/network relationships). Lead processor and network strategy, vendor and commercial negotiations, build operational infrastructure to run multiple card products across credit, stablecoin, and rewards, and recruit and grow the card programs team.

The Head of Growth Marketing manages the Demand Generation team, owns customer acquisition across various digital channels, and drives product-led growth. They collaborate with product teams to enhance activation and monetization while optimizing customer acquisition costs and revenue strategies.

The Senior Brand Designer will develop the Flex brand identity, create consistent high-quality designs for various channels, and collaborate closely with other teams to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
