The role targets owners, lenders, investors, servicers, family offices, and industry advisors, leading proposals, client solutions, negotiations, and execution. Responsibilities also include expanding existing client relationships, coordinating global expertise, and using CRM, relationship intelligence, AI, and data-driven tools to improve business development effectiveness.

Lead procurement capability for property operations and corporate services, drive company-wide sourcing and cost savings, manage RFPs and contracts, implement SRM and procurement KPIs, improve supplier performance and compliance, and partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.

Lead marketing, negotiating, and closing of commercial real estate loans for developments, acquisitions, and refinancings. Provide market research, financial modeling, lender diligence and negotiation, and advise internal teams on optimal debt structures. Build lender relationships, produce portfolio and market analyses, and support debt placements and syndications.

Lead global tax structuring and execution for complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, fund formations, and joint ventures. Provide executive administrative support and finance-operations assistance to senior leadership, including calendar and mailbox management, event coordination, invoice processing in Basware, bookkeeping in D365, expense processing, budget support, and building Tableau reports while maintaining confidentiality and cross-department collaboration.

Lead design and delivery of hospitality-focused learning programs for property management across the U.S., embed service standards, run onboarding and ongoing training, measure program ROI, conduct onsite coaching and assessments, partner with leadership and HCM, manage logistics and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvements in customer experience.
