Monitors industry trends, builds media and ecosystem relationships, manages social calendars, supports events, and partners with Growth on AEO and long-term content discovery. The role requires strong writing, editing, news judgment, interviewing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with executives, designers, agencies, and external partners.

Own and operate SimpleClosure’s full marketing engine, including marketing operations, performance accountability, team leadership, brand and PR, product marketing, paid and lifecycle growth, events, analytics, and marketing infrastructure. The role builds scalable systems, processes, reporting, and planning frameworks while driving measurable funnel performance, ROI, positioning, and predictable growth. It partners closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Sales, and company leadership.

Serve as primary client contact guiding founders through company dissolution. Document and optimize processes, coordinate with internal teams and external parties, gather client documentation, provide empathetic customer support, and maintain accurate records while using remote tools to deliver scalable shutdown services.

Sell SimpleClosure’s solution to businesses closing operations: prospect, qualify, demo product, manage pipeline and CRM, support deal progression, collaborate with marketing, capture customer feedback, and track industry trends to grow revenue.
