Provide strategic administrative and operational support to the CFO and FBM leadership: manage executive calendars, prepare meeting materials, handle correspondence, coordinate HR actions and onboarding, manage training and cybersecurity liaison duties, procure supplies via PASSPort, coordinate facilities and travel approvals, track OTPS expenditures, and support department events and projects.

Provide legal research and case law summaries (via Westlaw), assist with digital trial presentations, coordinate and document CLE programs, offer digital/trainer support, and perform administrative clerical duties (calls, scheduling, typing, scanning) to support the Litigation Training Bureau and supervising attorneys.

Manage and monitor infrastructure projects through scope development, design, and construction phases. Track schedules, resolve critical issues (permits, property, funding, mapping), maintain agency project database, prepare project documents and correspondence, notify community boards and officials, and coordinate with client agencies and internal teams. Report to a Deputy Director and participate in meetings from pre-award through pre-construction.

Serve as in-house Senior Counsel for DEP's Infrastructure, Operations and Litigation Support Unit: supervise attorneys, implement procurement policy, draft and negotiate inter/intra-municipal, property and grant agreements, review regulatory permitting documents, liaise with DEP leadership and the City Law Department, and provide legal advice on infrastructure and operations matters.

Create engaging social media content from concept through execution. Shoot and edit vertical videos, produce motion graphics, apply strong typography, convert interviews/discussions into shareable content, collaborate with studio team, and work independently to deliver final assets. Photography skills are a plus.

Lead and execute the agency's social media strategy, producing platform-native content and video series, managing influencer and creator partnerships, coordinating across communications teams, supervising a Creative Communications Specialist, and using analytics to optimize engagement and drive traffic to SBS services.
