The role requires cold-calling, tailored messaging, strong communication, and familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools.

Lead and scale a globally distributed BDR team across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. Own outbound strategy, pipeline targets, forecasting, coaching, hiring, onboarding, performance development, and alignment with account executives. Refine messaging, sequencing, target-account strategy, technology stack, and data hygiene while developing BDRs for advancement into AE and other roles. The role requires crypto or Web3 fluency, experience selling B2B SaaS to technical buyers, and NYC-area hybrid availability.

Lead a team of product marketing managers to develop messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement for Blockaid's web3 and cybersecurity SaaS platform. Drive market and competitive research, influence product roadmap, collaborate with product, sales, and solutions engineering, and create demand through campaigns and collateral.
