The Business Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across various business functions, partner with hiring managers, and enhance recruitment processes in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Design, build, and maintain a centralized data warehouse and analytics platform. Create scalable data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and semantic layers. Improve data quality, governance, lineage, and accessibility. Partner cross-functionally to define metrics, enable self-service analytics, and standardize data models across products and teams.

Manage day-to-day accounting (GL, A/P, A/R, payroll), lead close and financial reporting, maintain controls, optimize accounting systems, support budgeting, audits, investor reporting, and cross-functional finance operations for a scaling startup.

Own and optimize the GTM tech stack and CRM; build clean, governed funnel data; design pipeline, forecasting, ICP, segmentation, and territory models; deliver ARR, pipeline, conversion, and productivity reporting; support comp and quota design; and document processes to scale the RevOps function.

Serve as the bridge between customers, product, and market for deductions/disputes. Build processes, documentation, and playbooks; engage customers to gather needs and ensure product value; translate workflows into product opportunities; research market trends; and collaborate with the Product Lead to scope and execute features.

Build the analytics layer for Confido and customers: design dashboards, define KPIs, write complex SQL for large financial and operational datasets, surface insights, drive analytic projects, and collaborate with product and engineering to improve data models.

Own and build Confido's ML platform: design and operate end-to-end ML pipelines, infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD, optimize training/inference and agent workloads for latency/cost/throughput, integrate model data flows with data engineering, and ensure reliability, observability, security, and production model quality with online evals and human-in-the-loop review.

Own the top of the engineering recruiting funnel: source and engage technical talent, build pipelines for software/AI/data engineering roles, run recruiter screens, craft personalized outreach, partner with hiring managers, track pipeline metrics, and continuously improve sourcing strategies and processes to deliver high-volume, high-quality candidate introductions.

Build Confido's Revenue Growth Management product by translating pricing, pack architecture, elasticity, and trade ROI expertise into roadmap, requirements, analytics, and customer-validated features. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success and run beta programs.

Own deduction and dispute resolution for CPG customers: investigate and reconcile dispute data, configure dispute workflows during onboarding, train customers, support CS escalations, and surface product feedback to improve automation and platform dispute logic.
