Lead and grow an embedded analytics organization across growth, product, markets, finance, risk, and institutional. Define analytics strategy and standards, partner with business leaders to prioritize work, ensure consistent metrics and rigor, produce company-level reporting, and develop analysts into senior contributors and future leaders.

Lead creative strategy for paid campaigns across video, static, and motion. Manage agency partners and end-to-end production, analyze paid performance data to inform creative, maintain tone and testing frameworks, QA deliverables, and build repeatable creative systems that scale.

Own end-to-end close and GL operations under US GAAP; lead technical accounting (ASC 606, 805, 350-40); manage financial reporting, audits, intercompany consolidations, and internal controls; scope and implement accounting systems and automation; advise on accounting for new products, international expansion, M&A, and crypto-native activity.
