Serve as the COO’s execution partner, addressing high-priority operational gaps across the company. Build hiring, onboarding, internal tooling, automation, AI-assisted workflows, reporting, and cross-functional processes. Own Photon’s clinician experience and prescription intake products, including prescribing workflows, portals, APIs, SDKs, EMR integrations, and clinical infrastructure. Set product strategy, roadmap, integration standards, and reliability practices while translating complex clinical workflows into intuitive products. Partner with technology, clinical, commercial, customer, and operations teams to support health system and enterprise integrations.

Lead technical and operational delivery of health-system implementations from contract through go-live. Coordinate engineering, product, and support to resolve integration blockers (Epic Willow, HL7v2, NCPDP, PBM, e-prescribing networks), manage stakeholder change, prove post-go-live ROI, and inform product roadmap. Partner with sales on scope and timelines and build repeatable delivery processes.

Full-cycle enterprise sales role focused on recruiting and deepening pharmacy partners onto Photon's e-prescribing marketplace. Source and close deals, manage multi-stakeholder integrations, maintain CRM and forecasts, support customers during ramp, provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy, and represent Photon at industry events.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own features from design to deployment, collaborate with various teams, mentor others, and influence architectural decisions across the platform.
