Support SEC reporting and month-end close by preparing schedules for Form 10-Q/10-K and proxy, performing tie-outs, tracking clinical trial and research-related expenses and vendor accruals, preparing and posting journal entries and accruals, responding to auditor requests, participating in financial system improvements, and supporting ad hoc accounting projects.
