Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, utilization analysis, profitability reviews, executive and Board reporting, private equity sponsor reporting, and operational performance management. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and business leaders to explain results, identify margin and productivity opportunities, improve reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, financing, and systems implementations.

Supports healthcare strategy and innovation consulting projects through industry research, insight development, presentation and deliverable creation, workshop facilitation, project execution, and stakeholder relationship management. The role analyzes complex qualitative and quantitative information, develops recommendations, supports client engagements, and contributes to internal initiatives. Requires strong communication, presentation, analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills, with travel anticipated up to 15%.
