Represent insurers and insured clients in civil litigation defense. Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts; attend hearings, depositions, and trials; independently manage motion practice, depositions, court appearances, and trials. Work is hybrid remote in Uniondale, NY.

Provides onsite litigation and transaction support for a commercial loans and banking team. Responsibilities include organizing closing documents, drafting loan documents, reports, memoranda, correspondence, and transmittal letters; maintaining accurate filing systems and databases; entering billing and timekeeping information; assisting with invoicing; and formatting, proofreading, and revising legal documents related to lending transactions.

Lead and oversee the law firm's accounting and finance functions, manage billing, receivables, payables, financial close, audits and tax coordination, prepare budgets, forecasts and financial reports, and provide financial guidance to senior leadership.
