Support Project Manager with project financial lifecycle (change orders, billing, receivables, subcontractor payments), document control, submittals/RFIs, requisitions, and construction administration. Use ERP/construction software, communicate impacts to stakeholders, and work independently on small projects or with senior PMs on larger projects.

The Senior Accountant will support financial reporting, perform account reconciliations, assist in multi-state tax compliance, and improve accounting workflows for JRM's Accounting Department.

Lead and oversee all aspects of public construction projects: planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, compliance with drawings/specifications, client relations, progress reporting, invoicing, close-out and Department of Buildings sign-off. Drive project meetings, monitor RFIs/submittals, manage scope changes, and ensure timely completion within budget.

Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide transformation programs: develop integrated plans, track progress, manage risks, establish governance and reporting, drive change management and adoption, align cross-functional stakeholders, and prepare executive-level communications to ensure successful implementation.

Manage project accounting for assigned construction jobs: process AIA billings, subcontractor invoices, AP/AR, generate Timberline/ERP and Excel billings, prepare backup, assist cashflow and project forecasts, analyze job costing, reconcile subcontractor statements, and liaise between accounting and project teams.

Lead and oversee large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, risk mitigation, client relationships, contract compliance, and financial controls while mentoring APMs/PMs and coordinating field operations to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.

Lead design, delivery, and measurement of learning and development initiatives including onboarding, technical and professional training, LMS management, content creation, and program evaluation. Partner with business leaders to plan, implement, and improve L&D processes, facilitate trainings and focus groups, and manage event logistics and reporting to support talent and career growth.
