Coordinates the end-to-end onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first day. Responsibilities include managing documentation and compliance tasks, facilitating new employee orientation, communicating with new hires, maintaining procedures and training materials, tracking activities in Jobvite Onboarded, and identifying process improvements. The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR, Benefits, HRIS, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide an efficient and welcoming onboarding experience.
