Provide end-to-end operational and policy support for the Board of Directors and committees: coordinate meetings/logistics, prepare legally defensible minutes, ensure bylaw and governance compliance, manage ethics disclosures and rosters, oversee budgets and procurement, support executives and board leadership, monitor performance and action items, and maintain confidentiality.

Manage global budgeting, scheduling, vendors, and equipment for instructor-led education courses. Oversee course financials, approve facilities, negotiate vendor services and corporate training contracts, coordinate with IT, Marketing, and Portfolio Managers, analyze course performance, and optimize course offerings and inventory.

Lead AMPP's market expansion in China by identifying business opportunities, building strategic relationships with government, industry, and academia, localizing training and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting market research, coordinating partnerships, and representing AMPP at events. Support cross-functional teams while managing budgets, reports, and escalation of compliance or reputational risks.
