Lead planning, scheduling, and staffing for in-person, hybrid, and virtual workshops and annual events. Develop systems and processes for resource allocation, ensure training materials meet community and funder needs, build community partnerships, oversee outreach and event communications, supervise up to two staff, and coordinate with programs, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality trainings and events.

Serve as primary accounting lead for a $6M nonprofit: execute monthly close, reconciliations, and journal entries; manage grant accounting, AR/AP, payroll, fixed assets, cash-flow projections, and government grant reporting; prepare audit schedules, tax filings (Form 990, NYS CHAR500), board financial reports, and strengthen internal controls.
