Lead the organization's financial management, oversee accounting and payroll, ensure accurate accrual-based financial statements, maintain internal controls, manage budgets and audits, liaise with external funders and auditors, present financials to the CEO and board, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage administrative functions of a residential program to ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal accountability, vacancy control, and efficient program support. Supervise administrative staff, produce reports, implement policies and special projects, assist with proposals, and coordinate with facility units and external agencies.

Provide comprehensive HR support including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, leave management, compliance with employment laws, investigations, and HR policy implementation while supporting leadership and maintaining HR systems.

Administer and manage employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, life, commuter, retirement), handle open enrollment, resolve benefits-related employee issues, liaise with carriers/brokers, reconcile invoices, support compliance filings (ACA, COBRA, Form 5500, EEO-1), and back up LOA and workers' comp processing. Deliver benefits presentations during onboarding and maintain benefits data and reporting.

Provide full-cycle HR support including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with employment laws, investigations, benefits administration, and HRIS/talent system usage. Serve as backup for other HR generalists and support a positive relationship between staff and leadership.

Provide general administrative support to the Program Director: manage calls and visitors, schedule and coordinate meetings, maintain records and staff schedules, prepare and edit reports/presentations, handle document flow and petty cash, support events and projects, input and manage data, and oversee office maintenance to ensure timely, accurate reporting and smooth daily operations.

Oversee accounting operations, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, prepare GAAP financial statements and monthly reports, supervise month-end close, coordinate external audits, analyze financial data, implement accounting policies and improvements, and manage/hire accounting staff.
