Set the creative vision and editorial strategy for live immersive events, episodic and linear series, and emerging formats. Lead programming, scheduling, and content strategy across verticals; showrun experiences from pre-production through post-event; grow and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team; collaborate with creators, partners, Product and Commercial teams; and use qualitative and quantitative signals to refine formats that drive engagement and habit.
