Serve as a senior cybersecurity and financial compliance SME for the Vantage system. Assess NIST, DoD, Army, Financial Management, and FIAR controls; identify compliance gaps; develop remediation strategies; author security policies, SOPs, and TTPs; manage audit evidence; support formal assessments and financial audits; and track corrective actions through closure using eMASS.
