Support the deal lifecycle for structured product issuances, ensuring accurate trade capture, settlement, documentation, regulatory filing, and client/internal query resolution. Liaise with structuring, trading, sales, legal, compliance, and operations. Drive process improvements, maintain records, and support Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income desks in the Americas.

Lead accounting, administration, and financial/regulatory reporting for alternative investment vehicles. Oversee NAV production, investor allocations, complex fee and carried interest calculations, reconciliations, financial statement and footnote preparation, audit and tax support, and control improvements to ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance and timely deliverables for clients and auditors.

Draft, review and confirm OTC equity derivative confirmations; resolve trade confirmation language and economic breaks with counterparties; draft ad-hoc confirmations with Legal; create templates; support risk mitigation, client onboarding and post-trade lifecycle tasks; deliver projects to improve efficiency and controls.
