Manage implementation timelines, stakeholder and vendor coordination, referral portal and website scheduling integrations, AI receptionist deployment, data migration, testing, risk mitigation, go-live readiness, executive reporting, and post-launch stabilization. The consultant will coordinate technical and operational workstreams while ensuring data integrity, standardized workflows, compliance, and minimal business disruption.
