Coordinates employee health, retirement, leave, and insurance benefits; administers open enrollment, plan maintenance, deductions, and leave programs. Supports onboarding, benefit education, claims and billing resolution, retirement processing, and offboarding. Ensures compliance with ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, NYPFL, employment regulations, and hospital policies while preparing reports, audits, and employee census data.

Coordinates new-hire onboarding from offer acceptance through the first weeks of employment. Supports incoming employees, manages background checks and employment verification, collects tax and payroll documents, maintains HRIS and applicant-tracking records, and coordinates with facilities and payroll for badges, clearances, and wage setup. Ensures compliance, accuracy, confidentiality, and a positive onboarding experience.
