Partners with Finance and Specialist departments, manages bad debt provisions, and drives process improvements across client accounting operations.

Leads global Pop Culture business strategy, commercial execution, auction pipeline, private sales, major proposals, and cross-functional initiatives. Advises senior leadership on deal structures, investments, budgeting, forecasting, risks, and growth opportunities. Strengthens governance, operating models, accountability, and organizational effectiveness while leading sale coordination and supporting team development, resource planning, and succession. Produces executive reporting and aligns stakeholders across regions and functions to deliver profitable commercial outcomes.

Drives Christie's Music & Entertainment category through business development, client relationship management, consignment acquisition, appraisals, authentication, valuations, provenance research, and auction or private-sale execution. The role develops market strategy, negotiates transactions, manages sales and exhibitions, represents the company at industry events, and collaborates globally across marketing, digital, commercial, and specialist departments. Travel is required for client development, events, exhibitions, and business activities.
