Lead development and maintenance of cost- and resource-loaded construction schedules for NYCHA rehabilitation projects using Primavera P6. Track critical path, earned value, schedule variance, and contractor progress; produce monthly reports; recommend corrective actions; liaise with clients and project teams; provide scheduling leadership and improve procedures.
