Manages the law firm's conflicts, new business intake, and risk functions. Provide securities and capital markets legal support: draft offering and disclosure materials, perform federal and state securities legal research, advise on compliance with the ’33 and ’34 Acts and Regulations S-K/S-X, communicate with clients and counsel, and maintain corporate governance expertise.
