Own full-cycle recruiting for PR and professional services roles: source and engage active and passive candidates, screen and coordinate interviews, manage offers and negotiations, partner with HR leadership, build diverse pipelines, update job postings, and monitor talent market trends.

Lead a portfolio of client relationships as senior strategic advisor across branding, marketing, and creative engagements. Drive integrated account strategy, profitability, resource planning, and growth. Partner with cross-functional teams, present to executives, mentor account teams, and contribute to new business and agency initiatives.

Provide executive support and studio operations for Prophecy leadership: manage calendars, travel, expenses, and timesheets; coordinate meetings, events, awards submissions, and studio logistics; maintain operational trackers and vendor relationships; support cross-functional initiatives and team engagement; serve as a trusted resource for scheduling and administrative workflows while partnering with the Chief of Staff.

Manage client invoice processing, monthly retainers, account reconciliations, and collections. Post AR entries, apply payments, update customer records, prepare accruals and statements, and support accounting reporting and ad-hoc projects.
