Provides administrative and strategic support to the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Sporting. Responsibilities include managing schedules and travel, coordinating meetings, preparing executive materials, tracking action items, facilitating cross-functional projects, managing communications, documenting workflows, and supporting document retention while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Leads the NWSL’s league-wide content strategy across social, video, editorial, owned, and paid channels. Oversees content production, distribution, audience growth, partnership integration, performance measurement, and platform innovation. Builds a distinctive fan-first brand voice, develops scalable workflows, manages internal and external teams, and uses analytics to optimize reach, engagement, monetization, and conversion.

Leads the NWSL’s player and coaching pathways strategy, developing initiatives, partnerships, events, education, licensing, mentorship, and scouting infrastructure. Builds relationships with clubs, federations, collegiate programs, vendors, and educational partners; represents the league externally; manages budgets; and reports on talent pipeline health and program outcomes. The role focuses on expanding access, developing diverse talent, and strengthening the future professional soccer workforce.
