Design, implement, configure, and maintain Fortinet security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security. Partner with sales, vendors, and delivery teams to structure profitable recurring services engagements, support executive briefings, mentor junior architects, and shape the company’s technology portfolio.

The Account Executive will acquire new customers and expand existing accounts within an assigned territory or vertical. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, researching prospects, cold calling, developing executive and manufacturer relationships, communicating technology solutions, using CRM and prospecting tools, forecasting sales, and collaborating on solution development. The role requires solution-based technology sales experience, direct end-user account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and reliable transportation.

Implement, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure across client environments. Configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and routing protocols; resolve Layer 2/3 connectivity issues; perform root cause analysis, maintenance, patching, and security updates. Maintain network documentation and collaborate with engineering, support, project teams, and clients. Travel to customer sites throughout the NYC metro region and transport equipment as needed.
