Maintains accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, payments, payroll support, and bank reconciliations. Prepares bookkeeping reports and supports month-end, year-end, audits, tax preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. Investigates discrepancies, maintains confidential financial information, organizes documentation, communicates with vendors and customers, and ensures accounting tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Records interactions in customer service systems, resolves or escalates issues, follows up with customers, protects confidential information, coordinates with internal teams, and meets service quality, productivity, and response-time goals.
