The role monitors individual and team performance, supports onboarding, manages CRM pipelines and reporting, improves sales processes, and partners with leadership on revenue-growth strategies. It requires five or more years of successful B2B sales experience, prior sales leadership or coaching experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Serves as the final escalation point for critical customer retention issues and oversees complex vendor, contractual, legal, and service matters while mentoring managers and delivering measurable efficiency improvements.

The Chief Revenue Officer will build and lead WSS’s revenue organization, including sales leadership, hiring, coaching, performance management, pipeline forecasting, CRM discipline, sales technology, and process improvement. The role will also build and oversee Marketing, support strategic opportunities, partner with ownership on growth strategy, expand into new markets, and drive customer acquisition and profitability across a multi-location B2B organization.
