Oversee self-directed workforce operations, including onboarding, timecards, PTO, staff changes, compliance tracking, training, evaluations, and HR coordination. The role manages workforce dashboards, supports payroll and billing workflows, handles staff and family inquiries, coordinates systems access, monitors staffing activity, and escalates issues to leadership.
