Leads and administers a contracted effort at contractor and government sites, serving as the primary government interface for technical and program issues. Oversees contract execution, manages program resources, and supports customer and organizational communications. It requires independent work, strong communication skills, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

Assesses program procedures and documentation for compliance with DoD and SECNAV directives, contracts, specifications, and mission requirements. Prepares reports, briefs, correspondence, and meeting materials while supporting government and contractor stakeholders.
