Support day-to-day management of BlackLine's social channels, podcast, and YouTube: schedule and publish content, engage community, track analytics, produce and repurpose podcast/video assets, coordinate production and guests, maintain content calendars, and liaise with cross-functional teams to align social activity with marketing initiatives.

Represent customers at events and provide product/feedback to internal teams. Travel may be required.

Lead post-sales customer success for large BlackLine customers: drive adoption, prevent churn, perform success planning and reviews, coach stakeholders, support account expansion, and act as trusted advisor across the customer journey.

Own ABM strategy and execution for North America across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs. Build multi-channel campaigns, align closely with sales on target accounts, enable sales with messaging and insights, measure account engagement and pipeline impact, and optimize programs with analytics and personalized content.

Lead design and execution of customer advocacy and adoption programs for an enterprise B2B SaaS company. Build and scale advocacy, review, and case study pipelines; manage advocacy platforms and vendor relationships; integrate customer proof across GTM motions; drive adoption via lifecycle nurture and journey mapping; collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize advocates using product and commercial signals.
