Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily go-to-market roles, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offers, and hiring-manager partnership. Build pipelines for difficult searches, use funnel metrics to improve stalled searches, maintain accurate ATS records, and report progress to leadership. Contribute to recruiting programs, employer branding, and interviewer training while helping shape Alloy’s evolving talent acquisition processes.

Own Alloy’s People technology architecture, integrations, data pipelines, automation, migrations, reporting, and governance. Build connections between HR systems and business intelligence platforms, enable workforce self-service analytics, evaluate AI-native tools, and partner with IT and Security on access, privacy, SSO, and compliance. The role requires translating technical People systems work into measurable business impact for executives and other nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead complex, high-priority customer escalations, troubleshoot Alloy platform issues, design long-term solutions, improve tooling and documentation, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap and product quality.

Own Alloy’s AWS cloud security program, partnering with Infrastructure and engineering teams to secure new designs, reduce infrastructure risk, manage CSPM findings, and implement Terraform-based remediations. Build SIEM and CSPM detections, alerts, dashboards, and runbooks; improve AWS permissions and network security; participate in on-call incident response; and drive root-cause remediation and preventative controls.

Own the long-term technical success of strategic enterprise accounts from onboarding onward. Advise clients on architecture, integrations, workflows, scalability, and platform adoption; develop technical roadmaps; lead executive and engineering discussions; scope solutions and migrations; identify and mitigate technical risks; maintain architecture documentation; and mentor junior team members.

Own the architecture, roadmap, administration, reliability, and data integrity of Alloy’s GTM systems, including Salesforce and related revenue tools. Build integrations and automations using APIs and iPaaS platforms, connect systems to NetSuite and Snowflake, and improve productivity and data hygiene. Partner with Sales Ops and Deal Desk on quote-to-cash, approvals, territory, and quota automation. Manage tooling vendors, establish technical standards, and collaborate cross-functionally while remaining hands-on in solution delivery.

Own Salesforce administration for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, including configuration, declarative automation, data quality, user support, permissions, and provisioning. Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, support territory, quota, and forecasting changes, and manage sandbox testing, deployments, release documentation, and user communications.

Partners with sales leaders on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, pipeline analysis, and sales performance reporting. Owns Salesforce administration, data quality, configuration, dashboards, and user enablement. Supports sales process workflows, deal desk handoffs, approvals, and quote-to-close execution. Produces ad hoc analysis and advises stakeholders by challenging unsupported conclusions and identifying trends. The role requires strong analytical, communication, Excel, Sheets, and Salesforce skills.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers, serving as the primary commercial contact. Drive product adoption, customer education, renewals, retention, account growth, and risk mitigation through scalable engagement programs. Monitor account health and usage trends, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Sales, Product, Support, and Technical teams, and communicate customer feedback to influence product development.
