Balance platform reliability and new capabilities, partner with Engineering/Design/GTM, and drive metrics across booking volume, calendar utilization, and AI engagement to increase GMV and provider retention.

Own full-cycle recruiting across Marketing, Sales, Strategy, G&A, and Customer Experience. Design multi-channel sourcing, build AI-powered recruiting workflows to automate sourcing/outreach/pipeline tracking, partner with hiring managers using data to influence decisions, and manage offer and negotiation processes while delivering a high-touch candidate experience.

Own the full outbound sales cycle for service businesses: prospect, qualify, close, and onboard new customers. Use AI to personalize outreach and maximize selling time, meet sales targets and KPIs, and relay field feedback to Product, Marketing, and Ops.

Own and scale top-of-funnel channels and integrated campaigns, connect awareness to acquisition and revenue, embed AI workflows into marketing operations, build measurement frameworks (incrementality and lift), own channel P&L, and partner with Creative and Analytics to drive predictable growth.

Own the full outbound sales cycle for service businesses, prospecting, qualifying, closing deals, onboarding new customers, using AI to personalize outreach and streamline work, and consistently exceeding sales targets while sharing field feedback with Product, Marketing, and Ops.

Lead go-to-market strategy for GlossGeniuss upmarket segment: define ICP, conduct customer and competitive research, build AI-powered research workflows, create sales enablement and channel assets, shape product roadmap, and track metrics like pipeline, ACV, conversion, and retention.
