Own and evolve Genius AI’s design system, including component libraries, design tokens, Figma libraries, documentation, governance, accessibility, and design-to-development workflows. Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to drive adoption, support a company-wide rebrand, improve tooling with AI-powered workflows, influence roadmap priorities, and mentor designers.

Lead a platform engineering team responsible for tier-zero systems, identity, permissions, sessions, and messaging infrastructure. Own delivery, quality, architecture, technical debt, and team development while partnering with Product, Design, and Recruiting. Embed AI tooling into engineering workflows and build AI-powered automation to improve productivity. The role also involves hiring, mentoring engineers, making architectural decisions, and connecting platform outcomes to customer value.

Own paid-channel creative, primarily for Meta, from concept through launch. Develop diverse ad concepts and conversion-focused landing pages, analyze performance KPIs, iterate quickly, and build AI-powered production workflows. Partner with growth marketing and creative teams to create variants, scale successful campaigns, and develop ideas informed by performance data. Work in Genius AI’s NYC headquarters three to four days weekly.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Engineering, Product, and Design roles. Source active and passive candidates, build alumni, referral, campus, and event pipelines, organize recruiting events, create AI-powered sourcing workflows, screen technical candidates, manage early interview stages, and coordinate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Engineering interns will build, test, and ship production features for web and mobile products. They will develop AI-powered automation, write and debug code, analyze usage data with data analysts, iterate with senior engineering feedback, and learn new languages, frameworks, and AI-native development practices. The role is in person at the Union Square, NYC headquarters from June through August 2027.

Own Genius AI’s autonomous account-based marketing and outbound growth engine, including account targeting, segmentation, messaging, channel strategy, sales handoff, budgets, and performance metrics. Lead and expand the growth team, build AI-powered campaign workflows, execute integrated multi-channel campaigns, run A/B tests, and partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to drive pipeline.

Own the technical direction of the web platform, including shared UI frameworks, component libraries, frontend tooling, build pipelines, and developer workflows. Establish frontend architecture, performance, accessibility, and design-system standards while promoting AI-assisted development practices across engineering. Identify systemic issues, drive cross-team solutions, and partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to improve web quality and delivery velocity.

Lead branding, visual design, art direction, motion, video, web, performance, event, and campaign projects. Create scalable visual identity systems, develop high-quality digital and physical assets, integrate AI-powered design tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive creative. Mentor designers, maintain exceptional visual craft, and shape the company’s brand across technology, beauty, and wellness contexts.

Own day-to-day HR partnership for Marketing, Customer Experience, Data, and G&A teams. Manage performance and employee relations cases, coach managers, lead workshops, advise on organizational design, analyze people trends, identify organizational risks, and contribute to talent reviews and broader People initiatives. Use AI to streamline workflows and support people analytics, engagement insights, and workforce planning.
