Partner with senior Payments and Banking stakeholders to identify high-impact GenAI use cases, design and ship production AI solutions (data, retrieval, prompting, orchestration, evaluation, deployment), build reusable prompt libraries and components, write production-grade Python, and scale solutions across the bank while meeting resilience, controls, and risk standards.

Lead strategy and execution for ML/LLM-powered personalization and next-best-action across channels. Own product vision, backlog, roadmaps, experimentation, and KPIs. Partner with Data Science, ML Engineering, and channels to design, ship, and operationalize scalable, API/event-driven data and memory products while upholding privacy, consent, and fairness. Mentor product managers and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
