Leads MSK’s in-house video production function, overseeing creative strategy, editorial quality, operations, budgets, workflows, vendors, and team development. Develops video strategies aligned with patient care, research, education, and institutional priorities. Partners across communications, marketing, clinical, research, fundraising, and executive teams to produce audience-focused content. Drives AI-enabled production innovation, establishes performance metrics, analyzes audience data, and optimizes multimedia storytelling across digital, social, internal, educational, brand, and campaign channels.

Partner with research and operational stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into scalable analytical solutions. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, use advanced SQL to extract and transform data, develop metrics/KPIs, analyze large datasets, ensure data quality with engineering teams, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Provide day-to-day HR consultation for assigned client groups, coach managers on performance and people decisions, partner with specialist HR teams, support talent reviews, succession planning, workforce analytics, onboarding/offboarding, job descriptions and org design, and help translate engagement and performance results into actionable development plans.
