Owns the full B2B sales cycle across a New Jersey territory, from prospecting and relationship development through negotiation and closing. The role develops net-new opportunities, leads client presentations, creates customized proposals, manages complex deals, and maintains pipeline performance in CRM. Design scalable streaming pipelines, rules systems, privacy and consent models, observability, testing, and progressive delivery. Lead RFCs, cross-functional alignment, architectural reviews, mentorship, and production quality across application, computer vision, data, security, platform, and partner teams.

Leads a customer experience software engineering team, executing product vision, improving reliability and experimentation processes, coaching engineers, hiring talent, fostering engineering culture, and delivering large-scale workflow, dashboard, and data visualization applications. Partners with Product Management, Data Science, and User Research to build customer-facing mobility products for B2C and B2B users.

Manages compensation programs for Operations and Growth, including hourly pay structures, location-based wage grids, minimum wage compliance, sales incentive plans, quota and payout audits, pay equity analyses, and executive reporting. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, RevOps, Finance, and operations leaders; maintains compensation data in Workday and related systems; administers plan rollouts and policy governance; and provides backup equity administration support.

Lead go-to-market strategy and joint co-marketing campaigns for high-value national account partners. Drive site-level digital media, localization, performance reporting, and partner relationships to boost adoption, revenue, and location-level ROAS. Coordinate across Creative, Lifecycle, Events, and Performance teams to execute launches and optimize against KPIs.

Support design and development of learner-centered courses and training assets. Assist with scripting, storyboarding, basic video editing, eLearning authoring, LMS content audits, deployment, evaluation of learning effectiveness, and use of AI tools to scale L&D initiatives.

Lead go-to-market strategy and execution to drive commercial growth: develop positioning and messaging, create sales and marketing materials, run events and field programs, support RevOps and sales handoffs, manage vendors, and partner cross-functionally to translate product value into customer-facing narratives and activations.
