Lead growth initiatives for Gemini Exchange by enhancing user activation and engagement through strategic planning, experimentation, and collaboration across teams.

Lead and manage Gemini's benefits and leave programs across the U.S. and Singapore, including strategy, vendor management, compliance, renewals, Open Enrollment, leave administration, reporting, communications, and process improvements. Partner with Payroll, Legal, People Ops, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and an excellent employee experience while driving automation and strategic initiatives.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and infrastructure. Own end-to-end data products, establish observability and data quality, troubleshoot production issues, document architectures and runbooks, and partner with analytics, ML, and product teams to deliver reliable, self-serve data solutions.

Design and implement scalable dimensional data models, data transformation pipelines, and BI solutions. Define and execute strategic roadmaps, run data-driven experiments optimizing the first 30-day experience, collaborate with product/engineering/marketing/design/analytics, and deliver high-quality features that reduce churn and increase adoption across user segments.

Lead a tooling engineering team building onboarding, compliance (KYC/identity), and support systems for millions of users. Own architecture, roadmap, hiring, performance, and adoption of AI-assisted development and automation. Drive engineering best practices, scalability, availability, and cross-functional partnerships while coaching and growing engineers.
