Operate and automate the companys data infrastructure as an SRE: build IaC and self-service tooling for provisioning, scaling, failover, and recovery; optimize relational and non-relational datastores; define SLOs and observability; integrate pipelines and messaging systems; participate in on-call and incident response; reduce operational toil.

Own and develop Gemini’s stock trading product, from customer research and problem discovery through feature launch and iteration. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, writing specifications, managing onboarding and order execution experiences, addressing edge cases, and collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Product teams. The role requires data-driven decisions, rapid experimentation, and strong knowledge of stock trading and digital assets.

Product Management Interns will support product development across research, requirements, design, testing, release planning, stakeholder alignment, and production launches. They will analyze data from Databricks, conduct user and competitive research, use AI tools, collaborate with engineering and operations teams, and track product metrics. The internship runs January through April 2027 and requires three days per week in person in New York City.

Software Engineering Interns will develop products and features for Gemini’s crypto platform, collaborate with senior engineers, contribute to design discussions, review code, improve system reliability and performance, and help diagnose production issues. The role offers frontend and backend opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on experience building secure, scalable software for blockchain and digital asset products.

Own and execute core People Operations programs across the employee lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, offboarding, HRIS transactions, compliance, and employee data integrity. Manage background checks, I-9 verification, People Help Desk, and People systems (Workday/Dayforce, Lattice). Partner cross-functionally, improve and automate processes, maintain SOPs and documentation, and support audits while delivering an engaging onboarding experience and high service levels.

Leads Gemini’s consumer and lending compliance program for deposit, credit card, and banking products. Advises product, technology, legal, risk, banking partners, and regulators; oversees monitoring, testing, complaints, third-party risk, fair lending, audits, examinations, reporting, remediation, and compliance communications. Manages compliance professionals, reports to governance bodies and the Board, and develops scalable compliance strategies for a fast-growing fintech environment.

Leads technical modernization of the Compliance and AML/BSA/Sanctions program through AI automation and agentic workflows. Responsibilities include designing governed AI solutions, maintaining transaction monitoring and customer risk-scoring models, enhancing sanctions controls, building Python and SQL reporting solutions, integrating compliance tools, supporting AML risk assessments, and partnering cross-functionally to translate regulatory requirements into secure, auditable technology solutions.
