A virtual leadership program for students interested in FTI Consulting’s Summer 2028 internships. Participants will learn about consulting opportunities, network with professionals, develop career skills, and demonstrate capabilities through activities. The program serves as a pathway to internships and potential entry-level consulting roles across Corporate Finance, Forensic & Litigation Consulting, Technology, Strategic Communications, and Economic Consulting.

FTI's Skills Accelerate program hires recent graduates as Technology Consultants or Advanced Analytics Researchers to learn e-discovery, digital forensics, advanced analytics, and document review. Consultants work on client-facing engagements across investigations, litigation support, data privacy, and project management, receiving coaching and formal development and potential full-time placement post-graduation.

Lead configuration, maintenance, and tenant management for Workday Absence and related modules. Troubleshoot issues, manage change and release processes, ensure data integrity and security, run audits and reporting, migrate changes across environments, coordinate bi-annual releases, and partner with HR and cross-functional teams to drive adoption and roadmap execution.

Summer 2027 Strategic Communications internship supporting corporate positioning, crisis, financial and public affairs teams. Interns gain on-the-job experience, mentorship, and exposure to client work across listed practices and locations. Responsibilities include research, communications support, travel to clients/offices, and participation in professional development programs.
