Lead enterprise agency relationships and revenue growth across HoldCos and large agencies by selling Criteos performance media and Growth Performance Platform. Drive opportunities across CTV, programmatic, curated media and AI-driven channels from prospecting through activation, build account plans, forecast pipeline, and translate data and AI capabilities into measurable commerce outcomes while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Lead and scale strategic partnerships across commerce technology, data, creative, measurement, ad-tech, and mar-tech ecosystems. Source and onboard partners, expand integrations and global adoption, shape product and engineering roadmaps, manage executive relationships, negotiate agreements, support go-to-market and co-marketing initiatives, and optimize partner performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and executive stakeholders to deliver partner-led innovation and commercial growth.

Own deal structuring and execution for high-value Enterprise and Agency deals across the Americas. Advise sales leadership, assess risk, navigate approvals with Legal/Finance/Product, drive standardization, improve deal velocity, and provide insights to optimize revenue, profitability, and sales productivity.

Lead client-facing Commerce Analytics and Insights engagements: translate client goals into analytic scopes and execution plans, align stakeholders, connect needs to Criteo products, and drive delivery and scalable solutions. Act as strategic partner across commercial, product, data science, and analytics teams to prioritize work, ensure methodological feasibility, and convert recurring asks into repeatable frameworks or product feedback.

Serve as a senior technical lead and trusted advisor for Criteo clients: develop deep product expertise, drive implementations, define strategic initiatives, design scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, run workshops/trainings, create tools and documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase adoption and client impact.

Lead client strategy and support for Criteo Curation across Commerce Grid and third-party SSPs. Drive onboarding, optimization, troubleshooting, performance reporting, and adoption growth. Partner with Sales, Product, Technical, and Analytics teams to scale activation, identify new opportunities (including CTV), and represent Curation internally and to clients/agencies.

Lead development, administration, and governance of executive compensation and equity programs. Prepare Compensation Committee and Board materials, perform benchmarking and financial modeling, support proxy disclosures, coordinate cross-functional implementation, and advise on hiring, promotions, severance, and regulatory matters.
