Own platform reliability (99.95% SLA), multi-cloud architecture, incident response, application support escalation, acquisition integrations, engineering productivity (including AI tooling), and executive stakeholder communication. Build leadership, hiring, and operational standards to scale a global SaaS platform.

Manage and grow strategic investment and banking accounts through proactive relationship building, strategic account planning, upsells/cross-sells, renewals, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Manage assigned Grata accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and ROI. Drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, and churn mitigation. Serve as primary client contact, deliver executive reviews, coordinate with Product/Engineering to resolve issues, and grow revenue while tracking NRR, NPS, and engagement metrics.

Manage assigned Grata accounts to drive retention, renewals, and upsells. Onboard customers, ensure product adoption, conduct executive reviews, resolve issues with Product/Engineering, monitor health metrics (NRR, NPS), and proactively mitigate churn while growing account revenue.

Design, build, and operate an enterprise AI platform: automate provisioning with IaC, deploy zero-downtime cloud services, enforce security and observability, review code, mentor engineers, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
