Serve as a high-touch technical partner to executives, providing proactive IT support, troubleshooting, AV and meeting execution, coaching on tools, improving workflows, maintaining documentation, and collaborating cross-functionally. Role requires in-person presence in NYC (minimum 4 days/week).
