Owns the full client journey, including onboarding, retention, renewal, expansion, satisfaction, and revenue accountability. Builds high-performing media planning, account management, and creative services teams; transforms operating models; partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing; and establishes scalable playbooks, automation, and client-health processes. Serves as an executive client partner and drives measurable value through programmatic advertising, audience strategy, attribution, and platform adoption.

Manage relationships with self-service clients, advise on platform capabilities and campaign setup, support targeting and pixel implementation, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate Finance, Operations, Partnerships, Product, and Sales teams. The role also handles billing and client support, mentors Associate Account Managers, and provides expertise in digital media, programmatic advertising, and adtech.

Lead Cadent’s event marketing strategy, portfolio, budget, sponsorships, client experiences, executive programs, and onsite execution. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and executives to create industry events that build brand awareness, deepen relationships, influence pipeline, and generate measurable business impact. Manage vendors, production partners, event logistics, KPIs, Salesforce tracking, ROI reporting, and post-event optimization. Regular travel and onsite event leadership are required.

Manage programmatic advertising campaigns using Cadent’s proprietary platform. Monitor delivery, performance, and profitability; analyze data; implement optimization strategies; develop insights for Client Services; collaborate with Data Science; and contribute to Yield team best practices. The role requires digital media campaign management, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and willingness to learn SQL.
