Owns roadmaps, requirements, business cases, KPIs, testing, launches, and enhancements while embedding risk and controls throughout delivery. Partners with compliance, audit, business controls, AML, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage regulatory requirements, KRIs, issue remediation, and operational resilience. Requires strong payments expertise and the ability to balance growth with risk mitigation.
