Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and support of large-scale ERP applications (HR/Payroll, Supply Chain, Finance, nurse scheduling). Analyze and improve complex business processes, execute medium-to-complex projects, mentor team members, gather user requirements, and ensure project schedules, costs, and documentation meet objectives.

Lead financial analysis, modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end review to support ministry/entity leadership. Develop analytical reports, recommend process improvements, support strategic planning, and supervise finance staff.
