Lead strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise HCM platforms and data products. Define product vision and roadmaps, manage end-to-end lifecycle and data lineage, partner with Data, Engineering, HRIS and vendors, ensure governance/compliance, and drive adoption and ROI through analytics and user research.
