Provide end-to-end legal counsel for Global Commercial and SME Solutions: draft and negotiate complex commercial, SaaS, software and data licensing agreements; advise on product development, regulatory/compliance, privacy and antitrust; manage legal risk for payments automation and partnerships; support business development, train stakeholders, and drive process improvements to streamline product commercialization.

Develop and advance Mastercard’s global AI policy positions, narratives, and advocacy strategies. Advise internal executives, business units, government affairs teams, regulators, and standards bodies on AI legislation, regulation, governance, standards, and emerging risks. Translate AI business objectives into policy frameworks, produce policy briefs and executive materials, support consultations and thought leadership, and promote consistent, innovation-enabling AI policies across global markets.

Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving execution, governance, and cross-functional alignment. Translate strategy into clear plans, own operating rhythm, produce executive-ready materials, lead strategic communications, and enforce tracking to ensure disciplined delivery across major modernization and transformation initiatives.

Lead end-to-end client implementations for Mastercard US Product Delivery, managing project planning, cross-functional teams, customer relationships, risk and escalation, and go-to-market readiness. Drive process improvements and leverage AI/automation to optimize delivery and customer outcomes across complex payments programs.

Global, quota-carrying VP responsible for building and scaling channel partnerships for Mastercard Security Solutions (cyber, fraud, identity). Owns partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, joint planning, revenue targets, pipeline management, and cross-functional alignment from prospecting through contracting, launch, and growth.

Define portfolio positioning and messaging for Open Finance and Developer Experience, lead go-to-market and launch execution, build sales enablement, drive integrated campaigns, provide market intelligence, manage agencies and measure GTM performance to grow adoption and revenue.

Provide strategic and day-to-day legal advice for Mastercard's digital assets, stablecoin, blockchain, and embedded finance products; draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology contracts; manage regulatory risk, support go-to-market readiness, monitor laws and policy, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and counsel.
